Civil Engineers are most sought after in developing countries not only to speed the communication and transportation facilities by developing Highway's, Bridges, Railways, Airports,Irrigation and Canals, Tunnels and Dams, Water Treatment and Pollution Control by also creating various structurs for human and other inhabitation, offices, workshops etc. The Department has well developed infrastructure which include well developed laboratories, comprehensive computer and internet facilities.
