| In addition to Class Room and Laboratory Training, students are given ample opportunities to visit various Industrial Establishments and other organizations so that they get a first
hand knowledge of working of real systems. Also it provides an insight to the students with regard to administration, working and various ethics of organizations. Such Industrial Visits are conducted regularly to reputed Industrial Concern. Thus students could feel the difference between reallifesituation and
theoretical study,there by aligning themselves towards industry readiness.

| N.S.S. has significant role to boost morale and to develop personality and confidence in students. This year our college students conducted a camp at Jhakhangaon from 23rd Dec to 1st Jan, 2006, where they constructed a 2 kms: road, coloured a Temple and worked on drainage system. The various activities conducted during this camp brought the I student fraternity and the villagers closer. Students enlightened the villagers about education, health, cleanliness, etc.. The village has been selected as Adarsh Gram for Presentation of Award by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, President of India.

| Department of Electronics on 9 March 2007 organized national Conference on March
9-10, 2007 on Advanced Computing & Computer Networks. The Conference received a over - whelming response from all corners of the country. 130 Papers were , ' received & 110 Papers were presented in the Conference in three parallel Sessions.
Different topics covered in the conference are - Image Processing & Pattern Recognition , Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Communication Networks, Ad-hoc & Sensor Network. Six eminent speakers gave session keynote speech on various advanced topic in Computing & Networks. The Conference was inaugurated by Dr SIB. Nimbus Principal & Member of Management Council University. of Pune & Valedictory address was given by Dr. Abhay Wagh, Joint Director, DTE Mumbai. A hard baund voluminous proceeding was also brought out & circulated to all participants.
